Our products are made from 100% silicone and designed to be reused over and over again. They’re built to last. Not to waste. We recommend to hang the product on a flexii universal hook to allow the product to dry.

This will depend on your own personal hygiene routine and how often you are using the body scrubber. We recommend to replace every 6 months.

First, make sure you're using the pumping technique. If your flexii scrubber is still not lathering well, this is probably because of your body wash. Some body washes lather well, and some don’t. For the best results, use your flexii scrubber with a high lather soap/wash and away from running water.

We suggest cleaning your products regularly to maintain hygiene! Gently hand wash the products in warm soapy water. If you want to sanitize your silicone scrubber, you can place it in boiling water for a few minutes to kill bacteria and germs. Allow the scrubber to cool before handling.

Once an order is placed, it usually will take 1-2 business days to be sent out. You will then receive your order within 2-7 working days. Standard business days are Monday Friday.
